This accessibility statement applies to the website www.icpermed.eu.
The DLR Project Management Agency is committed to making its website www.icpermed.eu accessible to all. Legal basis is the German Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG) and the Federal ordinance for barrier-free information technology (BITV 2.0), each in its currently valid version.
This declaration is based on a self-evaluation.
This website is partially compliant with BITV 2.0, due to the exemptions listed below.
There is only limited access for persons with disabilities to following contents and parts of the website. However, we intend to improve their accessibility.
- PDF documents
Mostly older PDF documents and Office documents, are not barrier-free. For example, PDF documents are not tagged so that screen reader users cannot or only insufficiently capture and use them. We plan to make our PDF or downloads barrier-free when we are updating the files.
Our ICPerMed videos are hosted on Youtube, which is not within DLR's sphere of influence.
Third-party content, such as presentation materials from external lecturers at ICPerMed events who are not within DLR's sphere of influence.

The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities provides an arbitration service for the needs of people with disabilities according to § 16BGG. The purpose of the Arbitration Service is to settle disputes, by extrajudicial means, which arise between persons with disabilities and public authorities and relate to the subject of accessibility. Unlike legal proceedings, an arbitration procedure is free of charge, and there is no need to call upon legal counsel. There are no winners or losers, rather those involved try to resolve the conflict together with the aid of the Arbitration Service.
You may contact the Arbitration Service, if you are not satisfied with the statements of the above mentioned contact team.
You will find all information about the arbitration procedure on the website of the Arbitration Service. You will learn how an arbitration procedure works and how you can apply for an arbitration yourself.
