Dr. Yu is the Executive Vice President of BGI Genomics, which is a global leading genomics organization. In that role, he is in charge of the company's global development, operation, and M&A. Meanwhile, Dr. Yu is the General Manager of BGI group in Sichuan Province, China. With more than 8 years experience in the genomics and diagnostics industry, he leads BGI community to promote precision medicine application in China and in Europe. Prior to taking over the Executive Vice President role, Dr. Yu serves as the COO of BGI Europe and Vice president of BGI Europe.
