19 December 2022 – The 1st EU-Africa PerMed Summer School ‘Standards in Personalised Medicine Research’ will take place from 22nd to 23rd February 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa. The event will allow early career professionals to acquire new knowledge and skills in personalised medicine research.

B1MG Policy Brief on implementing Genomics in Healthcare
04 November 2022 – The Beyond 1 Million Genomes (B1MG) project has recently published a policy brief on the implementation of genomics in healthcare. The policy brief summarizes four main recommendations: Patient and citizen engagement; Implementation in healthcare: infrastructure and regulation; Training and capacity building; Building a sustainable ecosystem for genomics in healthcare.
